Requirements
- Are a Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, RVT) with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
- Love animals and bring a calm, steady presence to every situation.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and teammates.
- Stay organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Thrive under pressure and enjoy staying busy.
- Are eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a collaborative team setting.
- Value teamwork and step up to help wherever needed.
- Are excited to work with a wide variety of species, including exotics
Responsibilities
- Keeping accurate medical records and answering client questions.
- Prepping patients for exams and surgeries, monitoring anesthesia.
- Administering medications as directed.
- Assisting with lab testing, including blood, fecal, and urine samples.
- Cleaning and sanitizing surgical tools, exam rooms, and kennels.
- Safely restraining patients during exams and procedures.
- Educating pet parents on treatments, medications, and follow-up care.
- Partnering closely with DVMs to provide top-tier patient care.
