About The Position
Bond Vet is seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join their team. Bond Vet offers primary and urgent care, with clinics designed for pets and people, balancing design with technology. In July 2026, Bond Vet and Small Door Veterinary merged to create a more connected, accessible, and compassionate veterinary care experience across routine, primary, and urgent care. The combined organization will have over 55 clinics across major Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest markets, serving over half a million pets. This role is crucial in shaping the future of the combined organization and advancing the mission to transform veterinary care.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience as a veterinary technician
- CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT preferred
- Independent unrestricted valid authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer and accept new employment for this position.
Nice To Haves
- Newly licensed technicians encouraged to apply
- Experience in surgery and anesthesia strongly preferred
- 3+ years experience as a veterinary technician preferred
Responsibilities
- Patient handling and husbandry
- Client education and partnership
- Surgical and dental nursing, including anesthesia management
- Diagnostic management and medication administration
- Emergency triage and response
- Detailed medical record keeping
- Run appointments alongside assistants
- Collaborate with veterinarians and nurses across the region
- Participate in monthly educational events
- Use innovative technology — including AI-assisted tools and the Apple Vision Pro — that reduce administrative burden and enhance patient care.

- Competitive Pay: $25 - $36/hour (based on experience), up to $40/hour for advanced anesthetic/surgical experience
