About The Position

Manages a caseload of patients and completes assessments, problem lists, treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, progress notes, discharge plans and discharge summaries. Actively participates in up to four times a week staffing's, bi-weekly supervision, completed treatment plans and treatment plan reviews for staff discussion and approval. Primary Department, Division, or Unit: UHS New Horizons Outpatient Addiction Medicine Primary Work Shift: Day Rotational Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation Range: $25.27 - $37.90 per hour, depending on experience

Requirements

• Associate degree in applied science in Chemical Dependency or related field; OR two (2) years’ experience working in a chemical dependency setting.
• Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor Trainee (CASAC-T) or Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC)
