The Credential Programs Assistant provides administrative, programmatic, and student support for the School of Education's California Teaching Credential Programs, including ITEP, as well as the Teacher Advancement Program (TAP). This position supports credential-related processes, student records, advising, student teaching placements, program data, and reporting while assisting students in navigating credential and program requirements. The position directly supports the Credential Analyst/Student Teaching Coordinator and works collaboratively with the Assistant Director for Graduate Programs in Education, faculty, staff, school districts, and other external partners. The Credential Programs Assistant also provides administrative coordination for TAP, including student registration, program operations, financial tracking, curriculum administration, and external communication.
