About The Position

Littlebird is the personal AI assistant that remembers everything so you don't have to. A second brain that gets work done. We went from zero to $1M ARR in six months, and now we're building our Content Pods: small teams that turn Littlebird into content people actually want to watch. We're a small, async-first team that values craft and ownership. We want someone who wants to be on camera, create content, and become a face people recognize. You need taste, energy, and a body of content you've already made.

Requirements

You already make content. You've got a real track record of making your own stuff. Follower count isn't the point, the habit is.
You live on the internet. You're chronically online, you love consuming content, and you instinctively know why something pops. Big plus.
You make nerdy things relatable. You can explain something techy so your least techy friend gets it.
You're a natural on camera. Comfortable being the main character and quick on your feet.
You care about the story. The feeling over the feature list. You can make a tool feel like a partner in crime for busy, chaotic people.
You like the meta side too. Spotting good creators, staying organised, making sure things actually get out the door.
We are looking for a young, enthusiastic person who eats, sleeps, and breathes content, AI, and creators.

Responsibilities

On camera, on the fly. You're the face of Littlebird. Talking to a lens, reacting, explaining, or just as happily stopping a stranger for a candid street interview. You can create content in the moment, not just when everything's scripted and lit.
Ideate with the team. You'll sit with the content team to come up with viral ideas and help script them.
See it through, end to end. You're not just the face. You help carry content from idea to shoot to final upload, working alongside our editor pod the whole way.
Keep content moving. Chase the small stuff so videos actually ship: briefs, shoot days, handoffs, the posting calendar.
Grow the creator team. Help spot, reach out to, and bring on new creators, and keep the vibe consistent as the team grows.
