About The Position

Arena is building its creator, streamer, and community engine across its casino and prediction markets brands, starting with MetaWin and Hit.com with more to follow. Miami is a key market and this role is at the front line of that expansion. This is a hands-on, execution-focused operator position for someone who lives at the intersection of creator culture, casino entertainment, and performance marketing. The person hired will measure success in first-time depositors, wager volume, and community momentum, not likes and impressions. This role will own the full creator growth stack across the Arena portfolio: sourcing and signing creators, running streamer campaigns, managing Discord activations, developing content strategy, and building the pipeline that turns creator-led attention into measurable player acquisition and retention across multiple brands.

Requirements

• Proven track record in creator marketing, KOL growth, streamer partnerships, or community-led acquisition with results in commercial terms.
• Deeply native across TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, Discord, Telegram, Kick, Twitch, and YouTube Shorts, understanding each platform's culture and creator ecosystem.
• Think in FTDs, CPA, NGR, and wager volume.
• Track and report on performance with rigour.
• Strong social copywriting skills for creators, captions, community posts, and campaign hooks.
• Understanding of clipping strategy: what makes a moment worth cutting, how to brief a clipper, and how clips travel across platforms.
• Direct experience negotiating and managing creator deals from outreach through to delivery and performance review.
• Manage budgets with real discipline, scaling spend when performance justifies it and pulling back when it does not.
• Genuine comfort with casino, gambling, affiliate marketing, and creator monetisation culture.
• Sharp awareness of trends before they peak.
• Ability to move fast and turn things around without losing quality.
• Miami-based presence or genuine commitment to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a weekly pipeline of streamers, KOLs, micro-influencers, meme pages, Discord owners, gambling creators, and Miami creator personalities.
• Recruit creators across X, Instagram, Telegram, Kick, Twitch, YouTube, LinkedIn, Discord, and direct outreach.
• Maintain a live target list with outreach status, audience quality, proposed deal structure, expected cost, and commercial rationale for every prospect.
• Build lasting creator relationships that go beyond transactional campaign deals.
• Design and run CPA, rev-share, hybrid, and fixed-fee campaign structures for creators across the Arena brand portfolio, testing and optimising deal types based on performance data.
• Manage streamer races, content bounties, deposit-code campaigns, creator leaderboards, and affiliate competitions that drive measurable acquisition.
• Manage creator budgets with discipline, scaling spend decisively when performance is proven and holding back when it is not.
• Track and report on creator performance across FTDs, CPA, NGR, wager volume, and retention contribution per creator and campaign.
• Develop short-form content ideas, clips, memes, hooks, thumbnails, leaderboard drama, winner content, and behind-the-scenes moments that travel organically across platforms.
• Coordinate clippers, editors, streamers, and internal social publishing to maintain high-velocity content output across MetaWin, Hit.com, and other Arena brands.
• Use data to iterate fast on content formats.
• Brief and direct content creators clearly, maintaining each brand's voice while giving creators the creative freedom that makes content authentic.
• Own Arena's Discord presence across relevant brands, building recurring community energy through activations, giveaways, raids, AMAs, competitions, drops, and leaderboard moments.
• Coordinate with support and compliance teams to keep activations controlled and on-brand.
• Use paid-content creators intelligently as hosts, referrers, community personalities, and campaign faces.
• Bring strategic thinking to the paid-content creator channel.
