About The Position

AppLovin is seeking a Creative Video Producer to join their growth marketing team. This role will focus on identifying and telling compelling client success stories, transforming them into engaging video content. The producer will be responsible for the entire video production lifecycle, from concept development and planning to execution (including travel) and final editing. Collaboration with the Design team to align visual language with brand identity is also a key aspect of the role. AppLovin is a rapidly growing ad platform with a diverse client base, and this position is crucial for showcasing their successes and unique brand narratives.

Requirements

  • A strong narrative sense, understanding what makes a story compelling and watchable.
  • Proficiency in editing raw footage to build a story, including pacing, structure, music, and b-roll selection.
  • A high standard and strong point of view on video quality and effectiveness.
  • Ability to adapt and adjust shooting approaches mid-shoot when necessary.
  • Self-directed and able to manage projects without constant supervision.
  • 5+ years of experience in video content creation with a proven portfolio of standout and original work.
  • Hands-on experience shooting and editing high-quality video content using tools like Premiere Pro.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to make subjects comfortable on camera and elicit genuine responses.
  • Capability to produce stories beyond video production, such as written content.
  • Understanding of post-production workflows with tools like After Effects.
  • Awareness of the latest GenAI tools and workflows for video and static content.

Responsibilities

  • Identify compelling client stories and brands worth showcasing.
  • Develop narratives and plan/execute video shoots, including travel.
  • Edit footage into human, artful, and authentic video content.
  • Partner with the Design team to translate brand identity and values into visual language.
  • Plan and conduct interviews that feel conversational and build emotional connections.
  • Own production end-to-end: pre-production, shoot, edit, and delivery.
  • Run shoots independently for smaller projects and direct production crews for larger ones.
  • Create a repeatable production cadence to streamline client story workflow.
