About The Position

Worktank is seeking an experienced, ambitious Creative Video Producer to lead corporate video projects from concept through delivery and produce polished, on-brand content for our customers. In this position, you will partner with clients and internal teams to develop creative concepts, scripts, and treatments that translate business goals into compelling video. You will manage projects end to end, including scheduling, budgeting, crewing, and vendor coordination across pre-production, production, and post. You will direct or oversee shoots, whether in studio, on location, or remotely, keeping quality and client intent front and center. You will guide the post-production process, giving clear creative direction to editors, motion designers, and audio teams. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, feedback rounds, and approvals with professionalism.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience producing corporate, branded, or commercial video content
  • Portfolio that shows strong storytelling and production value
  • Comfortable owning a project independently while collaborating with a small, fast-moving team
  • Communicate clearly and calmly with clients and crew, especially under deadline
  • Working command of production logistics: budgets, timelines, releases, and vendor management

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with executive-level or enterprise clients (tech industry a plus)
  • Hands-on skills in editing, motion graphics, or color, enough to speak the language and jump in when needed
  • Familiarity with remote recording and review workflows (Riverside, Frame.io, or similar)
  • A knack for elevating a brief into something better than what was asked for
