As a Creative Video Producer, you will lead the entire production process, from conception to editing, to distribution, to delivering engaging content across our social and digital platforms. Collaborating with various teams, you will develop creative concepts and authentic narratives to strengthen our presence, maintain high quality, and drive audience growth, whether through short-form formats or longer narrative content.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in video content production, digital content creation, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree or College diploma (DEC/AEC) in production and post-production, cinema, communications, or digital media.
  • Excellent mastery of all production stages, from shooting to editing, specifically for digital platforms.
  • Strong sense of storytelling and a deep understanding of social trends to transform an idea into a high-performing final concept.
  • Autonomy, rigor, and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Passion for the outdoors and ease in front of the camera, with relevant experience working with content creators or brand ambassadors.
  • Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.
  • You hold a valid driver's license.
  • You are available for regular travel opportunities in Canada and abroad.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete production cycle of high-quality video and photo content, including ideation, directing, shooting, editing, and optimization.
  • Develop narrative concepts and edit videos tailored to social networks as well as longer-form formats, collaborating notably with the Creative Director for large-scale projects.
  • Oversee the pre-production of shoots by coordinating creative needs, talents, locations, and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and the Creative Director to align content with business objectives and develop large-scale projects.
  • Produce engaging content that highlights our ambassadors, athletes, creators, and partners.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual editorial strategy alongside the Editorial Content Manager and Social Media Specialist.
  • Analyze content performance and stay abreast of creative trends to recommend continuous optimizations.
