Responsibilities

  • Agency Creative Tech Leadership: Balance storytelling with systems thinking to deliver effective and scalable work. Define the vision for AI-powered experiences across multiple projects and push the boundaries of machine-assisted technology.
  • AI Architecture: Develop a strong point of view on AI engineering architecture, making decisions on tool calls, skills, subagents, retrieval strategies, and evaluation design.
  • Rapid Prototyping + Experimentation: Stay updated on generative AI advancements and quickly build prototypes to test strategies and gain client buy-in. Determine the appropriate level of complexity for demos, from single-file prototypes to multi-package monorepos.
  • Client + Cross-Functional Partnership: Confidently present technical possibilities and working software to executive-level clients in an understandable manner.
  • Bias Towards Creative Excellence: Build systems that are accountable to and consistent with design systems, brand components, and factual information, ensuring high-quality output.
