Creative Technology Associate

Dream Three•New York, NY
•$25 - $35•Hybrid

About The Position

Dream Three is hiring a junior, hands-on Creative Technology Associate to work directly with the founder and senior leadership, translating creative direction and technical ideas into polished, useful digital work. The role supports a story studio producing narratives across film and series, theater and live events, publishing and music, and digital and immersive platforms. It is focused on executing creative and technical work rather than coding, with direction and feedback provided alongside ownership of execution. The position starts part-time, with room to grow into more hours and a broader creative and technical scope. Success means producing polished, accurate work that is easy to access and use; keeping files, versions, and handoffs organized; applying feedback to later assignments; and handling recurring work with less repeated direction as familiarity with the studio’s tools and systems grows. This is a hybrid role in New York City, initially about 20 hours per week. The schedule and collaboration hours will be agreed before hire. It is a part-time, hourly, nonexempt W-2 employee position reporting primarily to the founder, paying $25–$35 per hour. The company offers a monthly health stipend and reimbursement for pre-approved education relevant to the role.
