We are looking for a person to join the Cellmetics Beauty team, a performance-driven beauty brand specializing in thoughtful, high-quality cosmetics for mature women. We bring together deep customer insight, purposeful product development, and strong creative execution to meet the real beauty needs of mature women and build lasting customer trust.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, copywriting, or a similar role
Balance strong creative instincts with commercial thinking, feeling equally comfortable reviewing CPA and ROAS as you are refining a hook or script
Turn product benefits, customer insights, and complex ideas into clear, persuasive creative that captures attention
Stay curious, move quickly, and treat underperforming ads as opportunities to learn, improve, and test again
Communicate fluently in English and express ideas clearly through strong writing, briefs, and constructive feedback
Take ownership of your work, priorities, and results
Be hands-on, well-organized, and comfortable managing multiple concepts and projects without losing attention to detail
Bring an open mindset, welcome feedback, and continuously look for ways to strengthen your thinking, craft, and impact

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the creative development process, from research and concept creation to briefing, production feedback, launch, and iteration
Turn customer insights, product benefits, reviews, and beauty trends into compelling creative angles for our target audience
Write persuasive hooks, scripts, headlines, and CTAs designed to perform across paid social, particularly Meta
Create clear, detailed briefs for video editors, designers, and UGC creators, covering the message, structure, visuals, and intended outcome
Analyze performance at the concept, angle, hook, and format level to understand what worked, what did not, and why
Track competitor activity and emerging trends while finding original ways for Cellmetics Beauty to stand out
Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, scripting, and iteration without compromising the quality of the work
