IM8, a new venture co-founded with David Beckham, is a rapidly growing health and wellness brand launched in 2024. Our flagship product, Daily Ultimate Essentials, contains 92 clinically dosed nutrients and is trusted by over 470,000 customers. We are seeking a highly imaginative and strategic Creative Strategist to enhance our content engine and drive performance through innovative storytelling. This role is crucial for defining and executing creative campaigns that connect with a global audience in a high-growth environment, managing thousands of ads monthly while upholding high creative standards. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented storyteller, a trend-spotter, and a strategic thinker capable of translating brand objectives into multi-platform creative concepts, influencing everything from major campaigns to daily social media content.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in creative strategy, content, or performance roles.
  • Experience scaling creative content at a high-growth consumer brand.
  • Well-organized and capable of operating at a high creative velocity in fast-paced, bottoms-up teams.
  • Strong storytelling ability with a focus on results, branding, detail, and copy.
  • Ability to apply a customer-centric lens to all creative work.
  • Active, fluent daily AI tool usage is mandatory.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience harnessing AI for creative scaling is a plus.
  • Shortlisted candidates must complete a role-specific assignment ('Beat Claude Challenge') where their thinking must outperform AI-generated content.

Responsibilities

  • Drive content creation across channels by generating winning ads, leading concepting, copywriting, scripting, and directing for videos and visuals.
  • Scale creative output by achieving content and asset velocity goals and implementing AI-powered content systems.
  • Develop growth strategies including playbooks, UGC frameworks, new formats, and test strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, hook rate, and thumbstop rate to inform weekly creative optimizations.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Video, and CX teams to ensure creative integration and effectiveness.
  • Utilize AI to expedite creative ideation, copywriting, and production workflows.
  • Develop strategic customer avatars and content that aligns with key marketing funnel stages and brand objectives.
