Sleeper is looking for a Creative Strategist to help shape what we do, when we do it, and how we show up as a brand. This role is focused on idea generation, campaign concepts, and cultural moments—bringing creative thinking to the forefront as Sleeper builds awareness in a crowded sports landscape. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who naturally thinks in ideas, moments, and narratives, and who understands how creative work connects to media, timing, and audience behavior—especially within sports and entertainment. You’ll partner closely with growth, marketing, and leadership, but your primary value will come from originating strong creative ideas, not managing execution or optimizing performance.
