About The Position

As a Creative Solutions Specialist, you will be joining the Solutions Team at ROI Hunter, working fully remotely from Brazil and helping enterprise e-commerce clients unlock the full potential of AI-powered creative at scale. You will support clients and prospects in implementing creative solutions, guiding them from the first conversation through to delivery, making sure the output is brand-safe, high-performing, and actually usable across millions of products. You will execute hands-on design work for client creative assets, and when the work is done by external partners, you will review it and make sure it actually meets the requirements. You will manage creative projects end to end, coordinating with the client, CSM, product teams, and external partners to keep things moving and the quality high. You will work directly with our Product team, feeding back what you see in real client situations so that the creative capabilities of the platform keep evolving in the right direction. The tooling and the environment will keep changing. Gen AI capabilities are developing fast, and what works today will look different in six months. That's not a warning, that's the job.

Requirements

  • Creative professional with hands-on design experience.
  • Genuine passion for Gen AI.
  • Comfortable building client relationships and executing design work (e.g., using Figma).
  • Based in Brazil and comfortable working remotely with clients globally (mainly Americas) and a team in Central Europe.
  • Proficient in async communication and occasional time zone overlap.
  • Portfolio demonstrating real design work for digital marketing assets (actual deliverables, not just concepts).
  • Experience experimenting with AI image or video generation integrated into creative workflows.
  • Fluent in Portuguese.
  • Strong business English.
  • Ability to ask probing questions to understand client needs.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Accountable and self-driven.

Responsibilities

  • Execute hands-on design work for client creative assets.
  • Review creative assets produced by external partners to ensure they meet requirements.
  • Manage creative projects end-to-end, coordinating with clients, CSM, product teams, and external partners.
  • Provide feedback to the Product team based on real client situations to help evolve the platform's creative capabilities.
  • Adapt to a constantly changing environment with evolving tools, processes, and Gen AI capabilities.
