Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University seeks a part-time (20 hours per week) Creative Services Assistant to support marketing, communications, and storytelling initiatives across Barrett's four metropolitan Phoenix campuses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to contribute to a wide range of projects. One day may involve covering an event, creating social media content, or interviewing students; another may focus on writing emails, updating digital content, supporting marketing campaigns, or coordinating communications projects. The Creative Services Assistant serves as a key member of a collaborative communications and marketing team that helps tell the stories of students, faculty, staff, and alumni while supporting recruitment, engagement, and college-wide initiatives that advance the visibility and impact of Barrett. This position is eligible for ASU's Employee Qualified Tuition Reduction Program, part-time offering the opportunity to pursue an ASU graduate degree while working part time. The Creative Services Assistant will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of communications and marketing projects, including: · Developing content for student, parent, faculty, staff, alumni, and prospective student audiences. · Creating and scheduling social media content that highlights student experiences, events, achievements, and opportunities across Barrett's four campuses. · Assisting with video projects, student and alumni spotlights, and other storytelling efforts that showcase the Barrett experience. · Supporting event promotion and, when needed, helping capture photos, video, interviews, and other content at college events and activities. · Organizing and maintaining photo, video, and marketing assets used across digital and print communications. · Assisting with workflow management, project tracking, reporting, and other day-to-day marketing and communications operations. · Collaborating with students, faculty, staff, and campus partners to gather information and develop engaging content.
