As a Creative Resource Manager, you'll play a critical role partnering with our Director of Creative Resourcing in navigating the inner workings of our Creative and Design department. You’ll have a deep understanding of the team’s structure, individual roles, and each person’s strengths, working styles, and growth opportunities. With this knowledge, you’ll be able to identify the right talent for the right task - ensuring optimal alignment across projects and teams. Supporting a dynamic department of 60+ creatives, your organizational skills will be key to successful resourcing. You’re passionate about creative work and well-versed in the full agency lifecycle - from briefing and planning through to flawless execution.
