About The Position

This role is integral to the overall quality and regulatory integrity of creative output within the Healthcare division, serving as the quality and compliance checkpoint within the creative production workflow. The specialist will report directly to the Creative department and work alongside Creative Project Managers. They will act as the gate through which every piece of creative passes before reaching client Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) reviewers and again before it goes live. The role involves reviewing ads, landing pages, emails, social content, and video for MLR regulatory compliance, brand and design standards, and copy accuracy. Additionally, the specialist will operate hands-on within Veeva Vault PromoMats, managing claims, annotations, references, and submission packages, while also building and refining quality standards for the creative team. The role also supports the creative production workflow by maintaining deliverable trackers, coordinating feedback cycles, and trafficking tasks. Power Digital is a tech-enabled growth firm at the intersection of marketing, consulting, and data intelligence, focused on igniting revenue and brand recognition for leading companies. They offer best-in-class services including SEO, Content Marketing, Paid Media, Social Media Marketing, Programmatic + CTV, Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, Email + SMS, Conversion Rate Optimization, Retail Marketing, and Creative. Their proprietary technology, nova, analyzes businesses through first-party data to simplify investment planning and M&A diligence. The company supports 100% remote, in-office, or hybrid work styles for anyone legally eligible to work in the U.S.
