Position Overview K18 is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to support the creative development of visual merchandising (VM) and packaging initiatives. This role champions creative workflow systems specific to visual merchandising and packaging — where you will manage select projects end-to-end, overseeing resourcing, creative milestones, iteration rounds, and final delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Creative Project Management either in-house or at a creative agency
  • 1+ years experience using Wrike project management tool
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects at a time within a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Works well without supervision
  • Thorough understanding of the design + creative production processes
  • Must be able to work cooperatively with others and perform other job-related duties when assigned

Nice To Haves

  • In-house experience in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus
  • Experience working closely with visual merchandising and production teams also a plus

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage all the details throughout packaging, VM and print production related projects, ensuring all action-items are accomplished timely and accurately
  • Responsible for scheduling, tracking, change management, evaluating, and controlling projects
  • Develop, manage, and continuously adjust detailed project timelines to ensure creative milestones, cross-functional dependencies, and production deadlines are met
  • Sets clear expectations for tasks and deliverables across teams accountable for work, communicating clearly to the team and providing proper materials/documentation when necessary
  • Working knowledge of creative needs and expectations
  • Identify where altered requirements will involve extra time or extra resources and efficiencies can be gained
  • Assess needs and distribute work within a group from concept, development, approval and final production
  • Collaborate daily with creative team and stakeholder counterparts
  • Manages resource planning, engaging freelancers as needed
  • Review and/or assist in developing Wrike creative requests
  • Demonstrate good judgment in choosing methods of communication that are most effective and efficient within the team
  • Able to track and analyze data related to creative output and provide insights into trends and help forecast for future needs
