About The Position

The Regal Creative team is a full‑service, inhouse partner that shapes and elevates the Regal brand across identity, toolkits, campaigns, and environmental design. Working cross‑functionally with marketing and business partners, the team delivers cohesive, on‑brand creative that supports Regal’s strategic goals and enhances the guest experience. As a Project Manager for the Regal brand, this role drives creative work from brief through delivery by planning, scoping, and managing timelines, and ensure alignment with brand standards and business priorities. Serving as the primary liaison between marketing, creative teams, and external partners, the Project Manager keeps campaigns moving efficiently while ensuring high‑quality, on‑brand execution.

Requirements

  • Strong project management experience in marketing or creative environments
  • Experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven campaigns
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Jira)
  • Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project scoping and timelines
  • Intake and prioritize requests across stakeholders (marketing, studios, loyalty, etc.)
  • Manage workflows, approvals, and resource allocation
  • Manage budget needs
  • Manage intake of external vendors and track payments
  • Collaborate across teams to achieve creative objectives that align with brand guidelines
  • Align campaign execution with business goals
  • Ensure clear communication of objectives, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision in a highly matrixed environment while maintaining the highest standards
  • Communicate effectively with external vendors and internal teams to incorporate necessary revisions
  • Translate briefs into actionable creative deliverables
  • Ensure assets meet brand standards and campaign objectives
  • Manage revisions and feedback loops efficiently
  • Create & optimize workflows, tools, and ways of working
  • Implement best practices for intake, briefing, and approvals
  • Identify efficiencies to scale creative output
  • Balance competing priorities and deadlines
  • Provide status updates and visibility to leadership
  • Manage expectations across internal teams and external partners
