About The Position

Responsible for coordinating creative production teams and managing project workflows across news operations and commercial projects. The Creative Project Manager ensures timely and coordinated deliveries while maintaining quality standards and internal team satisfaction. Reports directly to the VP of Creative Operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative project management or production coordination
  • Understanding of post-production workflows and tools including Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Experience with project management workflow tools and platforms
  • Written and verbal Spanish proficiency required
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving under pressure
  • Openness to integrating AI-enabled tools into creative production workflows

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in broadcast media or television production
  • Background in commercial or advertising production
  • Experience managing cross-functional or multi-market teams

  • Manages project timelines and ensures on-time delivery across all creative deliverables
  • Supports news operations with special content projects from brief to final delivery
  • Supports commercial production projects ensuring quality and internal team satisfaction
  • Maintains clear communication between production teams and internal stakeholders
  • Tracks project progress using project management tools and provides status updates to the VP of Creative Operations
  • Identifies and resolves production bottlenecks to keep workflows on track
  • Ensures quality control across all deliverables before final delivery
