Position Overview The Creative Production Coordinator supports the K18 Creative Team in executing world‑class, science‑meets‑culture brand storytelling. This role is primarily focused on production operations, studio coordination, and administrative support, ensuring photo, video, and content shoots run smoothly from planning through delivery. As the role matures, there is room to grow into art direction and creative development.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in production coordination, creative operations, or project management (agency, production company, or brand-side).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with photo/video shoots, content capture workflows, and fast‑paced creative environments.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools (Asana, Airtable, Monday).
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable troubleshooting in real time.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in beauty, fashion, wellness, or consumer brands.
  • Knowledge post‑production workflows.
  • Experience collaborating with agencies or production partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sr. director of production, creative + content and Creative Team across all stages of production, including scheduling, timelines, vendor communication, and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Maintain production documents, trackers, call sheets, POs, invoices, and approvals. Manage product needs by coordinating with Packaging (Rabia, Ryan) and ensuring teams receive the right assets at the right time.
  • Assist with location research, talent/glam coordination, studio prep, product inventory, and equipment needs.
  • Creative research, inspiration organization, and reference pulls.
  • Organize shoot logistics (studio bookings, product kits, wardrobe/shipping, catering, transport) and help maintain smooth on‑set operations.
  • Track, label, organize, and distribute selects and final deliverables; support post‑production timelines and file needs.
  • Assist with contracting, onboarding, POs, invoicing, scheduling, and asset transfers with external partners.
  • Support the development and day‑to‑day functioning of an in‑house studio as it scales.
