Tubi is looking for a Coordinator to join our Creative Studio team. This role plays a key part in supporting the successful execution of Originals marketing campaigns by owning the operational workflows, systems, and project infrastructure that keep campaigns moving from planning through delivery. Working closely with Producers, Creative Directors, and cross-functional partners, the Coordinator ensures projects are organized, assets are managed, documentation is maintained, and operational processes are executed consistently across all assigned projects and workflows. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to build efficient workflows that enable creative teams to do their best work. The Coordinator partners closely with Producers throughout the campaign lifecycle, owning day-to-day operational execution. This is a hybrid role based out of our Los Angeles office. You must be willing to travel to our Los Angeles office two days/week.
