The Operations side, you'll own how content is organized, governed, and distributed. On the Project Management side, you'll be the dedicated PM for the creative team running intake, timelines, resourcing, and status tracking so creative projects move from brief to delivery on schedule and without last-minute fire drills. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content operations, marketing operations, creative/project management, or Digital Asset Management (DAM).
  • Hands-on DAM ownership, including taxonomy, metadata, governance, and content lifecycle management.
  • Proven success managing creative production projects from brief to delivery, with responsibility for timelines, resources, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Workfront), including administration/configuration preferred.
  • Expertise in ecommerce and digital shelf content management, including retailer PDPs, syndication, PIM tools, and digital asset workflows.
  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across brand, creative, ecommerce, regulatory, and other key stakeholders while translating complex requirements into scalable processes.
  • Detail-oriented professional with experience building or scaling content systems in CPG, health & wellness, supplements, or other regulated environments; able to balance operational rigor with fast-paced creative execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform as the single source of truth, ensuring asset governance, metadata standards, compliance, version control, and searchability.
  • Lead creative project intake, scoping, prioritization, and timeline management for brand, ecommerce, and sales initiatives.
  • Manage project execution through Monday.com, overseeing resource allocation, task assignments, stakeholder communications, approvals, and status reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, bottlenecks, and scope changes to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of creative and content initiatives.
  • Oversee content syndication and distribution across internal teams, retailers, marketplaces, and digital channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely deployment.
  • Monitor digital shelf content health through audits, performance tracking, and quality metrics to ensure compliance, completeness, and alignment with retailer requirements.
  • Design and improve end-to-end content workflows while partnering cross-functionally with brand, creative, ecommerce, sales, and regulatory teams to drive alignment, efficiency, and execution excellence.
