Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in illustration, social media design, and motion graphics.
  • Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating work across illustration, motion graphics, and branded content.
  • Experience producing social media content, motion graphics, and marketing visuals.
  • Proficiency in design and motion tools such as: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Figma (optional but a plus), AI-assisted design tools.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to turn concepts into engaging visual content.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain creative decisions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI-assisted design tools.
  • Portfolio showcasing explainer or motion graphic videos.
  • Knowledge of branding and marketing principles.

Responsibilities

  • Create original illustrations and visual assets from scratch for campaigns and projects.
  • Design social media posts, marketing materials, and digital content that align with brand strategy.
  • Produce motion graphics, product demos, and animation for digital platforms.
  • Translate concepts and creative briefs into visually engaging storytelling.
  • Collaborate with marketers, sales, developers, and internal teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency across brand guidelines for all visual content.
  • Adapt designs for multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, web, and email.
  • Manage multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines.
  • Stay updated with design trends, motion graphics techniques, and AI-assisted creative tools to continuously improve outputs.
  • Maintain clear documentation of design processes and assets for team use and handover.
