The ideal candidate will bring the CPS culture to life through compelling creative direction, impactful campaigns, and a strong brand presence.

Requirements

• Clear speaking and listening skills to share art goals with others.
• Strong project tracking and time management to handle many tasks.
• Good knowledge of design software, marketing trends, and brand planning.
• Past work experience in a creative job with some leadership duties

Responsibilities

• Graphic design and brand consistency for all collateral materials, templates, ads, social graphics, signage, office graphics, presentation design, campaign visuals, logos and brand items, and branch support materials.
• HR design support for annual benefits and other communication.
• Help develop visual materials for safety, company meetings, and other groups within the company to properly communicate programs, information, and needs.
