Join Our Trinder Park Aged Care team as a Creative Lifestyle Facilitator! Whether it’s music, movement, arts, storytelling, or interactive games , your unique talents will help create a vibrant and fulfilling environment. Whether you have experience facilitating group activities or simply have a creative skill or hobby you’d love to share, we would love to hear from you!

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Planning and facilitating individual and group creative lifestyle activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities.
• Collaborating with residents, families, and care staff to assess and meet social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Ensuring that all residents, including those unable to participate in group activities, feel supported and engaged.
• Providing technical assistance , such as setting up virtual meetings or digital engagement tools.
• Building strong relationships and fostering a welcoming and inclusive community for all residents.
