About The Position

Click and Love is a fast-growing affiliate marketing and content business led by founder Brooke Tucker. The brand creates content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Amazon Storefront, email, and paid advertising channels, helping audiences discover products, inspiration, and recommendations through authentic, engaging content. The business is entering an exciting stage of growth and is looking for a strategic creative leader who can bring structure, vision, and execution to the content function while helping elevate and protect the brand.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building or leading content for a creator, influencer, personal brand, or affiliate marketing business
  • Strong creative strategy and content planning experience
  • Exceptional visual design and brand aesthetic instincts
  • Experience owning content from ideation through publishing
  • Ability to lead content production, creative direction, and project management simultaneously
  • Experience managing creative team members, freelancers, contractors, or agency partners
  • Strong understanding of social media content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and related platforms
  • Experience creating content that supports both organic growth and paid advertising performance
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
  • Ability to travel periodically for content production and filming days
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear creative direction

  • Experience with affiliate marketing businesses is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Owning the content calendar across social and content channels
  • Developing content concepts, campaigns, and creative direction aligned with brand goals
  • Planning and coordinating content shoots, including product sourcing, scheduling, and production logistics
  • Transforming content capture days into high-performing multi-channel content assets
  • Leading creative review and quality control across organic and paid content
  • Maintaining and strengthening brand consistency across platforms
  • Developing story strategies that blend lifestyle content, product recommendations, and audience engagement
  • Collaborating closely with the founder to translate ideas into structured content plans
  • Managing and mentoring members of the creative team
  • Building systems, workflows, and processes that improve content production efficiency
  • Supporting paid advertising efforts through strong creative asset development
  • Identifying opportunities to improve visual storytelling, content performance, and audience engagement
  • Helping create a scalable content engine that reduces founder bottlenecks and increases output
