Bodily is a venture-backed women's health company transforming underserved categories through product innovation and data-driven growth strategy. We design research-backed products for major life transitions — postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, pregnancy loss — addressing clinical needs with the rigor and sophistication typically reserved for consumer tech or luxury retail. Our investors include Hearst Corporation, Morgan Stanley, and Global Founders Capital, alongside strategic backers Brooklyn Decker, Andy Roddick, and Katherine Schwarzenegger-Pratt. We've built a scaled DTC business with expanding wholesale partnerships — including national distribution at Target — and are executing a growth roadmap across channels. The Opportunity Bodily is at an exciting growth stage and we're looking for a Creative Lead to own how the brand looks, feels, and shows up everywhere our customers see us. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role — you'll drive and execute creative direction across digital, social, paid media, email, ecommerce, and packaging, partnering with the CMO for alignment and sign-off rather than waiting for briefs to come to you. If you do your best work when someone else sets the creative concepts, this probably isn't the right fit. If you thrive with ownership and trust, it is. AI fluency is core to how we expect this person to work — not as a novelty, but as a genuine part of the creative workflow. We're looking for someone who uses AI tools to move faster, unlock better creative, and do things that wouldn't otherwise be feasible on a lean team. You'll report to the CMO and work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager, Ecommerce Manager, Social Media Manager, and external agency partners across paid, organic and third-party channels.
