About The Position

Publishers Clearing House (PCH) is a nationally recognized consumer brand with decades of trust and scale. Today, PCH operates as a digital commerce and membership platform, reaching millions of users across shopping, rewards, and promotional experiences. As PCH expands into new product initiatives, creative execution plays a central role in driving engagement, trust, and conversion at scale. We are seeking a hands-on Creative Lead to support creative execution for new consumer-facing products within the PCH ecosystem. This role blends content production, paid creative development, and brand stewardship. You will create and ship high-quality creative across organic and paid channels, ensuring consistency with PCH’s trusted, consumer-friendly identity while optimizing for performance. This is an execution-focused role for someone who can move efficiently, think commercially, and produce creative that supports measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in ecommerce, consumer products, gaming, media, or subscription businesses
  • Strong proficiency in video editing and design tools
  • Experience producing performance-driven creative
  • Ability to balance brand consistency with performance optimization
  • Strong organizational discipline and execution speed

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute organic social presence across platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Develop short-form video and static content aligned with product launches and campaigns
  • Maintain a structured content calendar supporting business priorities
  • Ensure all content reflects PCH’s brand standards and consumer trust positioning
  • Design and produce paid creative across Meta, Google, TikTok, etc
  • Develop multiple variations per campaign to support structured testing
  • Iterate creative based on CTR, CVR, engagement, and acquisition performance
  • Partner with Growth and BI to align creative output with performance data
  • Oversee product and lifestyle photography where applicable
  • Edit video assets for paid and organic distribution
  • Execute efficient concept-to-delivery workflows
  • Build repeatable creative formats and campaign templates
  • Develop structured launch playbooks for new initiatives
  • Maintain organized asset libraries and documentation
