About The Position

The Creative Lead at Hyper Solutions supports the execution of Hyper’s visual identity across marketing, internal initiatives, and special projects. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for producing high-quality creative assets across digital and physical formats. The position requires strong graphic design fundamentals, advanced Adobe proficiency, and experience with photography and videography. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design or brand-focused creative roles.
  • Video editing or motion graphics experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong portfolio required demonstrating layout, typography, and brand application.
  • Experience with photography and videography, including shooting and editing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced operational or manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience producing physical brand assets such as signage and merchandise.
  • Experience in manufacturing, technology, or B2B environments.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted creative tools.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Hyper’s visual identity across marketing and brand initiatives.
  • Produce high-quality creative assets including graphics, layouts, presentations, signage, environmental branding, and physical brand elements.
  • Apply and uphold brand standards across all deliverables and formats.
  • Capture and edit photography and video content within active operational environments.
  • Design assets for social media, recruiting initiatives, company events, and customer-facing materials.
  • Prepare files for print, digital, and physical production.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Sales, and Leadership to deliver creative aligned with business needs.
  • Manage creative projects from concept through final production.
  • Coordinate with vendors and production partners to deliver signage, merchandise, and print materials.
  • Maintain organized creative asset libraries and production workflows.
  • Develop reusable templates and branded assets that improve visual consistency.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
