Requirements

1-3 years of professional marketing, communications, advertising, or public relations experience.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, journalism or a related field.
Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns from strategy through evaluation.
Strong advertising copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive, audience-focused messaging.
Experience conducting market research, translating customer insights into actionable marketing strategies, and analyzing campaign performance and data to improve results.
Knowledge of Asana, or other project management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, adapt flexibly to changing priorities, and meet deadlines in a high-speed environment.

Responsibilities

Tailor messaging to different audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice, creating compelling advertising copy across print, digital, social media, email and web platforms.
Develop messaging that captures attention, builds interest and inspires action.
Balance creativity with strategy, ensuring marketing efforts are engaging and results-driven.
Use analytics, customer feedback and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously improve results.
Present marketing insights and recommendations based on data and measurable outcomes to leadership.
Understand the big picture of how print and digital marketing, social media, web content, email marketing, and emerging technologies work together to create a seamless customer experience.
Explore emerging marketing trends, changing customer behaviors and new opportunities to engage the community.
