About The Position

Manhattan Associates is seeking a Creative Director to define and evolve the company’s brand expression across campaigns, digital experiences, video, print, customer stories, global events, and other internal and external touchpoints. This is a builder role for a creative leader who can shape big ideas and guide their execution, set creative standards, lead a multidisciplinary team, and develop operating practices that help work move quickly. The role partners with Marketing and business leaders to turn complex technology and business priorities into clear, compelling stories and experiences. The role supports a hybrid work environment and uses emerging tools, including AI, thoughtfully while protecting quality, originality, rights, accessibility, and trust. Success means building a recognizable and compelling brand, getting quality creative work to market faster, connecting campaigns and major brand moments, growing a capable in-house studio and team, and serving as a trusted strategic partner to Marketing and the business.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience leading creative work in-house, at an agency, or in a hybrid environment, with deep experience in B2B organizations.
  • At least 5 years of experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams through clear goals, accountability, coaching, and collaboration.
  • A portfolio demonstrating range across brand systems, integrated campaigns, digital, video, presentations, events, and physical or experiential environments.
  • A combination of creative judgment, operational discipline, and people leadership.
  • Strong visual and editorial instincts, including the ability to identify what is missing from creative work and guide improvements.
  • Experience translating complex products, business strategies, and technical subject matter into simple, persuasive, emotionally resonant creative.
  • Comfort managing budgets and making practical production decisions without unnecessarily compromising the work.
  • Working knowledge of studio production, cameras, lighting, live video workflows, and editing.
  • Experience building scalable creative processes across regions, channels, and levels of production value.
  • Ability to be a constructive sparring partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, while being direct about the work and generous with people.
  • High standards for craft, an appetite for experimentation, and a willingness to keep learning.
