We are looking for a bold, strategic, and hands-on Creative Director to shape how our brand shows up in the market and how our stories connect with customers, prospects, and employees. In this role, you set the creative vision across campaigns, digital experiences, content, video, social, web, and emerging AI-enabled workflows—bringing together strong brand instincts, modern design leadership, and a sharp understanding of what resonates in a SaaS product environment. The ideal candidate blends high creative standards with business acumen and operational discipline. You know how to inspire teams, elevate the quality of work, turn complex ideas into clear and compelling narratives, and build scalable creative systems that support growth. You are equally comfortable defining long-term brand direction, partnering with senior leaders, and staying close enough to the work to move ideas from concept to launch. This role partners closely with executive leadership, marketing, communications, product, and external agencies to deliver cohesive, differentiated, and high-impact creative work that strengthens brand credibility, supports go-to-market success, and helps position the company as an innovative leader in healthcare technology.
