About The Position

Ivy Rehab is growing and seeking a Creative Director who is a high-level brand strategist with hands-on craft skills. This role will lead the visual and verbal evolution of Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy and Ivy Rehab for Kids, owning the brand identity from concept to execution across all platforms, including video, design, and copy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in creative roles.
  • At least 3+ years in a leadership position (CD or ACD).
  • Proven track record of successful brand identity launches and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Deep understanding of Figma.
  • Deep understanding of modern video production workflows.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction and execution of the Ivy Rehab brand identity, ensuring it reflects an energized and modern culture.
  • Develop and enforce comprehensive brand guidelines for consistency across over 700 locations.
  • Translate business goals into compelling creative strategies for patients and referral partners.
  • Lead the development of all creative assets, including digital advertising, social media content, website UI/UX, and physical clinic collateral.
  • Maintain a high standard for visual excellence and modern aesthetics in design.
  • Ensure a consistent, empathetic, and high-energy brand voice in all copy.
  • Oversee video and motion production from concept to final cut.
  • Manage an internal creative team and external agencies/freelancers.
  • Implement processes to optimize workflow for speed and brand integrity.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Clinical teams to ensure creative supports business results.
