Gamma is used by millions of people every day to create, teach, and persuade. As Creative Director, you'll build and lead Gamma's creative function while staying deeply hands-on as a designer yourself. Your mandate is to take Gamma's brand from beloved prosumer tool to a platform trusted by Fortune 100 companies and solo creators alike. With 80% of our users outside the United States, you'll own how Gamma translates across cultures, languages, and business contexts, ensuring the brand resonates everywhere without losing its personality. You'll manage and grow a distributed design team, collaborate closely with a creative team of marketers, and bring cohesion and quality standards across time zones and disciplines. Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.
