Gamma is used by millions of people every day to create, teach, and persuade. As Creative Director, you will build and lead Gamma's creative function while staying deeply hands-on as a designer. Your mandate is to elevate Gamma's brand from a beloved prosumer tool to a platform trusted by Fortune 100 companies and solo creators alike. With 80% of users outside the United States, you will own how Gamma translates across cultures, languages, and business contexts, ensuring the brand resonates globally without losing its personality. You will manage and grow a distributed design team, collaborate closely with marketers, and bring cohesion and quality standards across time zones and disciplines. The team has a strong in-office culture, working in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco, with flexibility to work from home when focus is needed.
