We are seeking a dynamic, visionary Creative Director to lead and evolve the creative strategy and execution for MSC Cruises during an exciting period of transformation and growth. This role oversees integrated B2B and B2C creative spanning brand, digital, trade, partnerships, CRM, social, and experiential touchpoints, ensuring compelling, customer-centric storytelling and consistent brand expression in the U.S. and Canada. The Creative Director leads and inspires a multidisciplinary team while working closely with cross-functional and global partners to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive growth and elevate the brand. This role plays a critical part in shaping how MSC Cruises connects with guests and trade audiences through innovative, insight-driven creative. Based in Miami with a hybrid schedule (Monday–Thursday in office, Friday remote), you’ll elevate our brand across all guest and trade touchpoints, while driving more AI-enabled workflows, scalable content operations, and Adobe-based marketing and creative capabilities.
