About The Position

The Creative Director – Automotive Sales Training is a senior leader responsible for shaping and delivering high-impact sales training programs that improve dealership performance and customer experience. This role blends strategy, instructional design, and hands-on creative development—leading the vision while actively contributing to the creation of engaging, performance-driven learning solutions. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to translate business priorities into compelling training and coaching experiences across facilitated, digital, and video-based learning.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, or training strategy, ideally in automotive sales or dealer environments
  • Experience developing sales enablement or dealer-facing training programs
  • Strong background in creative development with hands-on experience building presentations and visual content
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video tools, and PowerPoint
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and performance-based training
  • Strong communication and executive presence—comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Passion for developing people and improving dealership performance

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the overall sales training strategy, aligned to business goals, dealer performance, and brand standards
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and design scalable, results-driven training solutions
  • Lead the design and development of ILT, virtual, and video-based training content
  • Create high-impact presentations and visual storytelling assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ensure training programs are engaging, practical, and aligned to real dealership and customer scenarios
  • Oversee curriculum development across roles, ensuring consistency and scalability
  • Present program strategies, updates, and results to stakeholders at all levels
  • Establish quality standards and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance data
  • Drive innovation by incorporating modern learning practices and technologies
