About The Position

Manhattan Associates is seeking a Creative Director to build a more visible, distinctive, and dominant brand. This builder role defines how the Manhattan brand looks, sounds, and feels across campaigns, digital experiences, video, print, customer stories, production, and global events. The Creative Director sets the creative bar, leads a multidisciplinary team, develops operating systems that help work move quickly, and partners across Marketing and the business to turn complex technology into clear, compelling stories and experiences. The role combines creative leadership with hands-on involvement in execution, from shaping concepts and challenging briefs to reviewing final cuts, making budget tradeoffs, and supporting delivery of critical work. The Creative Director will set and evolve the brand’s creative expression; lead integrated work and high-visibility experiences; develop people and external partners; and establish efficient processes for intake, prioritization, production, review, approvals, and asset management. The position also uses emerging tools, including AI, thoughtfully and tracks creative quality, efficiency, adoption, audience response, and commercial contribution. Success means that Manhattan is recognizable and compelling across touchpoints, creative work reaches market more quickly, major campaigns and events feel connected and commercially useful, the in-house studio is a dependable capability, and the team and its external partners deliver high-quality work within a strong creative culture.
