About The Position

Earnix is seeking a Creative Director to lead the creative vision for its brand and oversee the production that brings it to life. The role directs agencies, production companies, and other creative partners, while collaborating with marketing, product, sales, communications, and executive leadership to support business objectives. Earnix emphasizes focused resources, so the role calls for a resourceful, hands-on approach to delivering high-impact work efficiently.

  • A resourceful, hands-on approach to delivering high-impact work.
  • A portfolio showing innovative, well-crafted big ideas across multiple channels, with strong digital and video examples and experiential or event work.
  • A track record of building and directing brand storytelling, ideally in B2B, technology, financial services, or other complex categories.
  • Experience leading external creative partners, including agencies, production houses, and experiential vendors.
  • Excellent concepting, writing, and visual judgment, with the ability to articulate the reasons behind creative decisions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including confidence presenting to executives and senior stakeholders.
  • A natural instinct for digital, a video-first mindset, and strong fluency in web, social, content, and how video performs across digital channels.
  • Curiosity about emerging creative technology and a practical point of view on how to use it.
  • Experience translating complex technology or data-driven products into compelling stories.
