Fellow is looking for a Creative Director to translate the essence of our brand into a Creative Vision that brings to life our brand identity across every internal and external touchpoint. The Creative Director will drive the brand’s success by leading the visioning, development, and execution of inspiring and aspirational creative, marketing, content, and packaging that reflects the brand’s clear point of view. A successful candidate will possess an excellent visual aesthetic, be a strategic thinker and a highly effective operator, able to see the holistic picture, ideate and execute. This is a rare opportunity to shape how one of the most design-forward brands in the consumer goods space shows up across global campaigns, digital, retail, packaging, and beyond. Reporting to the CMO, you'll lead a talented in-house creative team and serve as the connective tissue between brand strategy and creative execution. You bring a clear point of view, a high creative bar, and the operational instincts to bring big ideas to life—on time, on brand, and with the craft that our customers expect. We are looking for someone who can lead an aspirational brand while remaining agile and scrappy. You'll champion AI, automation, and new ways of working to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our creative engine. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set the creative vision and you'll also roll up your sleeves to get it right.
