Disney is seeking an inventive, highly collaborative Creative Director, Video Podcasts to shape the creative vision for a robust slate of video-led podcast series across the Disney ecosystem. This role oversees the creative direction for approximately 15 video podcast series per year, each typically consisting of around 10 episodes. The role focuses on creative vision, tone, format development, and storytelling specific to the video podcast medium. This leader oversees a team of three (Sr Producer, Manager, Project Management, and Coordinator), partnering closely with the internal production team to maintain budget discipline and ensure the creative vision is fully realized. The Creative Director also works directly with the external agency responsible for cutting the episodes, and collaborates with internal marketing teams, internal creative partners, and the EPs of each show to uphold the highest level of creative quality across every video podcast episode.
