We're seeking a Creative Director who brings range, cultural fluency, and an adaptable creative voice, and who lives in the feed. This person is ambitious about category-defining work and obsessed with doing what has never been done. They know how to read the room, move comfortably between different kinds of brands and audiences, and bring ideas to life across social, creators, events, and integrated campaigns. You'll be equally comfortable shaping the big idea, getting hands-on with the work, presenting to clients, and leading a team of creatives and creators.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of creative experience with experience leading both social always-on and full-service campaign work with comfort creating and editing social-first content yourself, including shooting on an iPhone
• Deep understanding of social platforms, stunts and activations including organic, paid social and leveraging creators and partnerships to drive maximum engagement
• Bring an entrepreneurial spirit and real ambition to make epic work, pushing brands toward ideas that have never been done in their category
• Strong conceptual and strategic abilities, with the ability to translate an idea across multiple channels and executions with social-first thinking and a publishing mindset with franchises, social series, stunt activations and unexpected partnerships
• Experience managing and mentoring creative teams and/or multidisciplinary creator teams with multiple stakeholders and hundreds of assets at scale
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the poise and judgment to build trust with clients and act as a consiglierie to develop the best work
• Proven ability to collaborate across creative, strategy, account, production, and other disciplines
• Strong understanding of brand voice and the ability to adapt creatively to different brands and audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision and process across a multi-brand client, maintaining a high bar for the quality and consistency of the work across organic and paid social, creator programs, events, and integrated campaigns
• Develop and champion ideas that are culturally relevant and strategically grounded with a passion for social-first thinking, serving as a confident and thoughtful lead in client meetings, presentations, and pitches
• Be hands-on including the ability to shoot and edit content on an iPhone and understand what makes social content feel native to the platform
• Oversee and inspire a team of creatives and creators, helping them do their best work while maintaining a cohesive creative point of view and working within an IAT
• Bring a flexible creative voice and the ability to move between different tones, from playful and unexpected to elevated and aspirational
• Partner with strategy, account, production and data teams to turn briefs and social performance insights into strong creative ideas
• Work fluidly across art, copy, design, creator and post-production with a strong point of view leading creative direction to ensure breakthrough creative that drives business impact for brands
