Jordan Brand is looking for a Creative Director, Jordan Brand NA to lead our creative studio. We are searching for a visionary leader rooted in North American sport and culture—with a respect for the rich history and heritage of Jordan, paired with a futurist creator. This role is for a creative leader who blends world-class storytelling, art direction, sport insight, physical environment cultivation and cultural fluency to inspire teams and communities across Nike’s ecosystem. The ideal candidate has deep experience crafting brand-defining creative that moves between sport, style, and culture, with an instinct for how ideas travel across digital, physical, and social spaces. In the geography Creative Director role, this leader will translate global creative direction, Nike Inc. brand standards/practices and geo-specific needs to apply the Jordan Brand and our stories into real-life environments and executions. They will serve as a connector — leading with empathy, clarity, and creative courage — and thrive at the intersection of creative direction, leadership, and cultural storytelling. Must have a deep passion and knowledge of North American sport, athletes and streetwear culture first and foremost. This role reports into the VP, Jordan North America Marketing and partners across the brand marketing leadership team (Brand Marketing, Digital, Retail, Experience, Media) and many more cross-functional leaders across our city, geography, and global teams to bring the brand to life across the continent. You will also lead creative agencies and build relationships with local creative talent and community leaders who shape the Jordan Brand sport and cultural landscape. This role is based in Beaverton, OR and works on projects across North America.
