We’re seeking an Executive Creative Director, Brand to elevate and steward Faherty’s creative expression. This role blends visionary leadership with strategic rigor—scaling content output, bridging brand and commerce, and building a strong organization to grow and sustain creative output. Faherty is at a pivotal moment in its growth journey. We’ve built a great brand across online, retail and wholesale channels in the US and increasingly around the world. The brand is ready to take it to the next level and build on its strong foundation to become a world-class brand, continuing to focus on having the highest quality clothing, hospitality, and lifestyle. We're really investing in our women's business which continues to be a major growth vehicle for us, while also maintaining and evolving our strong men's business—the category that established Faherty and remains central to our brand identity and success. We are beginning to launch internationally, opening up stores across Europe and in key department stores. Faherty continues to play a meaningful role in culture through standout collaborations, compelling content, and partnerships with world-class creative talent. This is an opportunity to shape the next chapter of an iconic brand and help define how Faherty shows up across every touchpoint, channel, and market around the world. As a senior leader, you will ensure Faherty’s brand shows up consistently, thoughtfully, and with impact across every touchpoint. You’ll partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to translate brand vision into meaningful, customer-centered storytelling that drives both emotional connection and business results. This role requires a balance of high-level thinking and decisive execution, with a focus on leading teams, influencing the organization, and continuously pushing the brand forward.
