Creative Designer, Growth

Evolve
•$110,000 - $135,000•Remote

About The Position

Evolve is hiring a Creative Designer for its Growth team, which owns the owner-acquisition funnel from first impression through qualified lead and signup. This individual-contributor role will shape creative strategy and execution across advertising, landing pages, direct mail, and email, helping attract qualified vacation-rental homeowners. The designer will work closely with performance marketing, product marketing, and brand teammates to test creative concepts, interpret results, and iterate. It is a high-ownership role on a small, flat team, with a direct connection between the work and company growth. The role is open to applicants living in approved U.S. locations, excluding Washington, D.C. and Hawaii. Some positions may have compensation-related restrictions in California, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Washington. Colorado-based team members may work remotely within the state, from Evolve’s downtown Denver office, or in a hybrid arrangement. The stated base salary range is $110,000–$135,000, depending on experience.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience designing performance or direct-response creative, such as paid social ads, display ads, or landing pages, for a consumer, marketplace, or lead-generation business.
  • A portfolio demonstrating high-volume ad work and how it was tested and iterated, rather than only finished hero pieces.
  • Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Comfort with motion and basic video editing using After Effects, Premiere, or similar tools.
  • Ability to explain why a creative variant performed well and use performance data to guide subsequent work.
  • Ability to work quickly and stay organized while handling feedback and short turnaround times.
  • An AI-native working style, including current use of AI tools to generate, iterate, and resize creative.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing for print or direct mail and working with print vendors.
  • Experience reading Meta Ads Manager or other channel dashboards independently.
  • Copywriting instincts for headlines and hooks.

Responsibilities

  • Design static, motion, and short-form video ads for Meta, Reddit, display, and new test channels, creating multiple versions of each concept across formats and sizes.
  • Ship new ad variants weekly with performance marketers, based on hypotheses about hooks, messages, formats, and audiences.
  • Review performance results with the team and apply learnings to subsequent creative iterations.
  • Design landing-page visuals, direct-mail pieces, and lifecycle email creative to create a consistent experience across channels.
  • Collaborate with brand and product marketing to maintain brand alignment while testing new creative approaches.
  • Build templates, asset libraries, and a creative learnings log to scale production while maintaining quality.
  • Use AI tools to increase creative output and speed up iteration, and help the team improve its use of those tools.

Benefits

  • Industry-competitive pay and company equity.
  • 401(k) with a 4% immediate vesting match.
  • 16–18 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 10 weeks for non-birthing parents.
  • Infertility coverage.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, including 100% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for individual coverage and a low-cost medical option.
  • 10 free mental health visits.
  • Pet insurance.
  • Generous paid time off, RTO for full-time exempt employees, sick leave, holidays, and a personal holiday.
  • Annual Evolve travel credit after one year and discounts on stays at Evolve properties.
  • World-class onboarding programs and learning and development resources.
  • Employee Resource Groups.
