About The Position

The Creative Designer (Static and Motion) owns design output across static and motion assets for a fast-growing video production company with high creative standards and a strong visual identity. Design is the primary focus, while motion is a strong plus. The role calls for a strong creative eye and an understanding of design in video and motion contexts, including pacing, hierarchy, and visual storytelling. The designer should be able to independently produce polished, high-quality creative across multiple formats. The position is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Latin America. It is full-time, with dedicated hours to align with the team and availability during US business hours. Compensation is paid in USD, twice monthly on the 15th and 30th. Paid time off and holidays are provided according to company policies and guidelines. Applicants must submit an updated resume, a portfolio link with 4 to 6 finished design examples, and a 1–2 minute Loom video introducing themselves and discussing a piece of work and its creative decisions. Both a portfolio and Loom video are required to proceed. The selection process includes an initial application, video introduction, a role-specific assessment if applicable, recruitment and executive interviews, a client interview, background and reference checks, and a job offer.
