About The Position

We are looking for a creative person who can own the visual direction, campaign concepts, website creative ideas, emailer design direction, banner copies, and overall aesthetic presentation of the brand. This role is not only about creating Canva graphics. The person should be able to think visually, understand premium fashion aesthetics, create clean layouts, suggest strong campaign ideas, write simple but effective banner copy, and guide the execution team with clear creative briefs. The ideal candidate should have strong taste, good design sense, an understanding of fashion/lifestyle branding, and the ability to convert product launches, collections, and brand stories into visually appealing campaigns across website, email, and social media.

Responsibilities

  • Own content and creative direction for all email campaigns, including curating product selection, campaign storytelling angles, suggesting email themes, banner copy, CTAs, layout direction, and product sections. Review and approve email copy/design direction before campaigns go live and recommend improvements.
  • Own website content/design direction, including homepage messaging, collection pages, product storytelling, promotional banners, website announcements, headings and copy, and landing page structure. Also responsible for checking website hygiene for broken links, missing images, incorrect content, formatting issues, copy errors, and outdated banners.
  • Plan, design, and manage Instagram story content, creating premium, on-brand story layouts. Plan posts/stories 1–2 weeks in advance, ensuring content is posted according to US audience timings, and maintaining a premium and brand-consistent tone across social channels.
  • Conceptualize campaigns for new arrivals, bestsellers, resort edits, vacation edits, gifting, product launches, and sale campaigns. Create campaign names, moodboards, visual direction, copy angles, and product presentation ideas. Provide clear creative briefs to the execution team and ensure campaigns are consistent across website, email, social, and ads.
  • Review and approve outgoing brand content, ensuring consistency in titles, bullet points, product descriptions, website copy, email copy, campaign messaging, and banner copy. Maintain a premium brand voice across all customer touchpoints and catch errors before content goes live.
