We’re looking for a Creative Content Manager who can bring our mission to life through bold, meaningful, and imaginative storytelling. As the leader of our creative team -including writers, designers, and video editors - you’ll guide the development of powerful campaigns and content that inspire action, deepen empathy, and move hearts. You’ll be both a visionary and a mentor - creating space for big ideas, experimentation, and creative collaboration. This is a dream role for someone who loves creative leadership, thrives on originality, and wants to make a real impact through content that does good.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative content, marketing, or communications.
  • 2+ years leading or managing a creative team.
  • Strong creative portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and impactful storytelling.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • A passion for humanitarian work and faith-driven storytelling.
  • A creative leader who thrives on innovation and imagination.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary creative team (writers, designers, and video editors).
  • Foster an environment of inspiration, curiosity, and creative risk-taking.
  • Run dynamic brainstorming sessions that generate fresh ideas for campaigns and storytelling.
  • Manage the production of compelling, high-quality content across video, digital, print, and social platforms.
  • Translate campaign goals into strong creative concepts and clear briefs.
  • Oversee timelines, workflows, and approvals to ensure projects are completed on time and on brand.
  • Ensure all content reflects Islamic Relief’s voice, values, and humanitarian mission.
  • Maintain consistency and excellence across all visual and written outputs.
  • Champion storytelling that connects faith, compassion, and real-world impact.
  • Bring new ideas, formats, and tools to the table—from emerging design trends to innovative storytelling approaches.
  • Keep a pulse on digital culture and how audiences engage with purpose-driven brands.
